Angler’s Alibi is almost booked full for 2012. We really only have 1 spot available the third week of July, starting Monday the 16th. This week has experienced the peak of the king salmon run, the peak of the first chum salmon run, and the end of the sockeye run. It is a hard week to beat at Angler’s Alibi on the Alagnak River, one of the best values in a Alaska fly fishing lodge. With the addition of a commercial grade vacuum packaging machine, and a new employee that is a professional butcher and wild game smoker in the fall and winter, I am proud to announce that Angler’s Alibi will offer all guests a limited amount of their catch to be smoked and vacuum packed with no additional cost. This is a new offering to guests at Angler’s Alibi and as I said in an earlier post, we are always trying to improve somehow with our current program. I feel that this is just one of the many reasons Angler’s Alibi Alaska continues to bring back almost 90% of it’s guests. We are looking forward to the new season quickly approaching, and with the predicted high waters, we are also looking forward to even better tidewater fishing with so much river flow pushing against the tides. I cannot wait for the salmon season to begin! Please feel free to take the last spot of a lifetime with one of the best values in a Alaska fly fishing lodge. About the Author
