Tonight was our first night in Anchorage before our trip out to King Salmon on Saturday. I have to be quite honest in the fact that I was saving our best meal for Simon and Sea Forts, but was dealt a better hand “possibly” with a magnificent meal at the Glacier Brew House. I ordered pesto crusted halibut with a side of fresh spinach salad and vinaigrette marinated tomatoes over a dollop of garlic mashers. To say it was an amazing meal would not do it justice.
