Angler’s Alibi fishing has picked up significantly, with several boats enjoying landing over 15 King Salmon daily, and some in the 20 to near 30 mark for the day on conventional gear. Our fly fishermen also had a good week with the Kings, finishing with over 8 Kings landed on flies for one angler with a combined fishing time of 15 hours. Sockeye continue to flow into the river like clockwork allowing guests to fill up their coolers for the return home with sockeye and king salmon meat. Brooks comes through again with a great fly-out catching rainbows on dry flies to a size that actually broke 2 hooks! Great time though fishing with the bears of Brooks and the bows of Alaska during a great hatch of caddis and pmd’s. Tight lines, JP About the Author
