Angler’S Alibi Week 6 continued to have great fishing for fresh dime bright pink, chum, and silver salmon. The bright sunny weather we had all week seemed to put the silvers off the bite just a bit and keep them deep, but we were still catching salmon on the fly all day long without any issues averaging well over 30 per day per guest…..and some in the 70 to 90 a day caught range!!
Fly-outs this week were spectacular to Moraine and Contact Creek, while a fly out to upper American Creek was a little tough. But by tough, the threesome landed 20 to 30 char and rainbows combined. Tough is relative in AK!
